Today's menu, I'm making a homemade Nasi Ayam Briyani with salads and alhamdulillah everyone loves it. So, for berbuka, I had
- Homemade Nasi Briyani Ayam
- Fresh Salad
- Green Juice which consist of carrot, tomato,siew pak choy, japanese cucumber,romanio salad,beetroot,apple cider vinegar and organic stevia powder.
Interesting story happens today as I was blending the juice and the kids asked me what kind of juice I was making, so I told them that I was making green juice, immediately their faces change. All of them says "Euww, gross". But after I give them a little bit of taste, they immediately fall in love with the green juice. Some of them says the taste like "Jus Tembikai". See, it's easy to teach them how to eat right with real foods. They will love it if we teach them with appropriate way.

By the way, today I decided not to do any exercises as my body need to rest. Just enjoy the journey. Don't push yourself really hard, okay?

It's end of October 2019, which means it is already one year journey for me to do the intermittent fasting. Alhamdulillah, I have no regret doing it and in fact, it's already becomes one of my lifestyle. So, any one of you had done the intermittent fasting?
