3rd Day for 100 Days of Transformation

Alhamdulillah, today is the 3rd day for 100 days of transformation. I still committed to do the dry fasting. I feel great, energetic and more productive, it just that after 3pm, I feels a little bit tired but it's okay because usually around 3.30pm, I will took short nap for awhile just to recharge my energy.
.
Today's menu, I'm making a homemade Nasi Ayam Briyani with salads and alhamdulillah everyone loves it. So, for berbuka, I had
  • Homemade Nasi Briyani Ayam
  • Fresh Salad
  • Green Juice which consist of carrot, tomato, siew pak choy, japanese cucumber, romanio salad, beetroot, apple cider vinegar and organic stevia powder.
.
Interesting story happens today as I was blending the juice and the kids asked me what kind of juice I was making, so I told them that I was making green juice, immediately their faces change. All of them  says "Euww, gross". But after I give them a little bit of taste, they immediately fall in love with the green juice. Some of them says the taste like "Jus Tembikai". See, it's easy to teach them how to eat right with real foods. They will love it if we teach them with appropriate way.
.
By the way, today I decided not to do any exercises as my body need to rest. Just enjoy the journey. Don't push yourself really hard, okay?
.
It's end of October 2019, which means it is already one year journey for me to do the intermittent fasting. Alhamdulillah, I have no regret doing it and in fact, it's already becomes one of  my lifestyle. So, any one of you had done the intermittent fasting? Can you guys share me your experience and your thoughts about intermittent fasting? Feel free to share the opinions. Good night.

So, what I have for dinner is ayam masak lemak ala ala stail utara, sayur campur and kuih seri muka as dessert. Big applause to Kak Puteri for giving me the supplement from Young Living. Definately love the taste of it. After maghrib prayer, I blend my green juice which consist of sayur Siew Pak Choy, carrots, valencia orange, beetroot, tomato, salad, japanese cucumber, apple cider vinegar and organic stevia powder. 100 Days Challenge for Weight Loss

Hi, it's me again and today I decided to talk about the 100 days challenge for weight loss. Why I choose to do it in 100 days instead of 30 days? Because I want to ensure that I still in the momentum of  healthy lifestyle. Yes, I know it's not easy to change especially when you want to break the pattern and bad habits. I believe if I consistently doing it within 100th days, I am able to maintain the momentum because we tend to turn back to our old habits in less than 30 days.
.
I love to watch the TedTalk in youtube and it's inspire me to change. This is the metamorphosis for me. The new me, the new Ally Alifah. Why I desperately want to change? The answer is simple, I want to change for the better future of me. Few years ago, I was struggling with depression. For few years, I struggled with myself as I think I was useless, I'm not capable, insecure about myself and all I think is to die. Yes, that was me few years ago. But now, time has change. This is the time for me to shine. I must change for the better future of me.
.
I actually started since October 2018 and alhamdulillah within a year, I can see the result. But as human, I tend to on off the diet. Lol. Sekejap buat no sugar challenge, later on terlupa and everyday is cheat day. Then insaf semula, kemudian restart balik. But even it's on off to me, alhamdulillah, praised to Allah, I managed to lose 25kg within one year journey easily and effortlessly.
.
Now, it's almost reach to the end of year 2019, so I must committed to myself to change. What I plan to do within 100 days is
  • Intermittent Fasting- 5 days for dry fasting and 2 days for water fasting. Dry fasting for weekdays and water fasting for weekends.
  • No Sugar Challenge- commit to myself within 100th days to avoid sugar. It's either sugar in drinks or sugar in foods. I know it's not easy actually but it's worth it especially for my mental health.
  • Exercises- my plan to do the cardio exercise and HIIT for alternate days. Minimum 3 days exercise within a week.
  • Eat Clean- try to do my best in eat clean, best combination with no sugar challenge
  • Journal- perhaps I will record it into my blog, much more easier as it's paperless. Lol. I commit to myself to record it into my instastories, and fb stories. Acah acah influencer pula, but did you know that one of my friend in facebook just lost 30kg after he read my post about intermittent fasting. It's okay to inspire people.
Yeah, this is what I plan to do and alhamdulillah, today is my 1st day and I already did the water fasting for 19 hours. I already did HIIT for 30 minutes and jumping rope for 100 times. Can't wait to journal my day for tomorrow.
.
My motto, whatever it is just be happy. Enjoy the journey. I would love to share the inspiring video from Tony Robbins about "How to Break Bad Habits", you  can click here.
.
Now I want to share my photo, the one year journey that really change me. Alhamdulillah, hope it can inspire you.

What is Narcissism?

Today I feels like I want to talk about narcissism. Not many of us aware that we are actually trapped in narcissism relationship, it's either we have the parents narcissistic or partner narcissistic.
.
This morning I was watching the red topic regarding about narcissism by Dr Ramani. According to Dr Ramani, narcissism is actually self hate and narcissistic cannot be cured.
.
There are four types of narcissism which is classic narcissism, Nobel narcissism, malignant narcissism and covert narcissism. Joker is one of the example for the covert narcissism. The most dangerous narcissism is the malignant narcissism as it is the last stage before they turned into physco. The truth is I've met this person with malignant narcissistic. I'm grateful that I already escape from it and it's horror experience.
.
What is the sign of the narcissistic? There's a few sign of narcissistic which is lack of emphaty, distracted, and always talk about themselves. According to Dr Ramani, baby boomers (1948-1964) is the most narcissistic compare to the millennials (1981-1996). Warning signs you are in narcissism relationship is you feel the need to record conversation and write lengthy notes explaining yourself as narcissistic person always talk about themselves.
.
The susceptible to narcissistic is insecure people from tough background, people pleaser who thinks they need to fix everything and people who give 2nd chances.
.
Based on my experience, this person that I know, he is malignant narcissistic. He will manipulate someone with excessive attention which is love bombing. After that he will start to coercive control you which is the behaviour that causes fear, isolative and dependence. Alhamdulillah I already escape from it. The truth is narcissistic personality cannot be cured. The best way is to escape from it.
.
More info about narcissism, can follow Dr Ramani. She's a qualified therapist.
